Are your toys safe for children?

Yes. Every toy we sell is made from non-toxic materials and is checked against UK safety requirements before it's listed. If a listing shows a recommended age range, please follow it — small parts on some items aren't suitable for very young children.

What age range are your toys suitable for?

Age suitability varies by product and is listed on each product page. If you're ever unsure whether an item is right for your child's age, message us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Do you offer bundles or gift sets?

Yes — our Starter Duo Set and 3-in-1 Sensory Bundle are designed as ready-to-gift sets combining our most popular items at a better price than buying separately.

How fast do you dispatch orders?

We aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free UK shipping on orders over £25. Orders under that are charged at checkout based on weight and destination.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship within the UK. If you're outside the UK and interested in ordering, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.

What's your returns policy?

We offer 30-day, worry-free returns. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll sort out a return or exchange.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

Contact us with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — no need to send it back first.
